1 - Childhood
Krista was born into a loving family in the much-loved friendly little city of Miramichi, New Brunswick on the east coast of Canada.
2 - After University
Krista set off to explore the world. She lived and worked in South Korea and then France, all the while travelling as often as she could. Like Exit Erik, she too had many challenging adventures along the way.
3 - London, UK
When Krista arrived in London, she bought a house and taught English for more than a decade. She loved helping her students and she continued to travel every chance she got…
4 - Getting Stuck
5 - Breaking Free
When Krista finally noticed she was feeling a bit like an exit man (stuck above a door and glowing brightly, helping others, but not really helping herself) – and certainly not living – she knocked herself off those walls and began to pursue life once more.
6 - Now...
Krista now does many things that make her feel alive. Yes, she shares Exit Erik’s adventures, but she also manages her publishing company (Green Igloo Publishing Ltd.), her inspirational website Wodara, and Explorers’ Rest, her holiday home in London. She and her husband also cherish time with their family and friends around the world.
Krista’s life is guided by these words:
